Rental Rates at Durango Mountain Resort's Elk Point #9 Townhome

Rates in US Funds
Half of the Total Rental is required to secure reservation.
Damage Deposit of $1000.00 also required if payment other than by credit card is used.
8% tax added: (4% Resort tax and 4% Lodging tax)
Our cleaning fee is $225.
The balance of the Total Rental is due 45 days before arrival.

* Minimum 5 nights stay during Christmas/New Years and Spring Break,
2 nights at all other times.

Discounts:
(Does not apply to the Christmas and Spring Break periods)
Returning Guests: 10% off!; New Guests: 10% off 6 nights or more;

Cancellation Policy:
More than 45 days: Full refund less $100.00 if unit can be re-booked.
Less than 45 days: Full refund less $500 if unit can be re-booked,
if not then the reservation can be moved to a future date but no refund will be issued.
